Breckenbrough’s philosophy and ethos is based on the Quaker testaments of truth, equality, peace, simplicity and community. At the heart of what we do is ‘conflict resolution’; a way of working which helps us all to understand ourselves and others better through discussion, negotiation and compromise.
If I had to describe Breckenbrough School in one word then it would be that we are a ‘listening’ school, where we value the opinions and thoughts of all the people we work with.
